Our most complete Bánh Cuốn plate. Hand-rolled rice sheets with sliced chả lụa, a piece of crispy shrimp fritter, fresh herbs, and a bowl of nước chấm. Everything a Hanoi morning calls for, on one plate.

Slow-simmered rice porridge with duck cooked into the bowl. On the side, a salad of shredded duck and fresh herbs dressed with a ginger fish sauce. The porridge warms, the salad brightens.
Most of our menu is made from scratch each morning. Rice flour batters rested overnight, broths simmered for hours, herbs cut to order. Have a look.

Bánh cuốn is our hallmark. The batter starts the night before, rice flour and water rested in a cool kitchen.
At sunrise we ladle a thin pour onto muslin stretched over a bamboo steamer, lift it off translucent, fill it with seasoned pork and wood-ear mushroom, and roll it by hand. Hundreds before noon. Served with crispy fried shallots, chả lụa, and a small bowl of nước chấm.
